AU orders: please allow up to 5 working days for dispatch, plus up to 7 working days for receipt of package thereafter.

UK/EU, USA/CA orders: please allow 14 days for receipt of package from date of dispatch.  Overseas orders are available to selected countries only.

Covid-19 restrictions may unavoidably affect these time-frames.

Where a disc or product is found to be faulty on arrival, please contact us immediately to arrange return of the faulty item (if hard copy), and upon review, for a replacement copy to be sent to you.
